2.2. foundercentre reserves the right to verify the information provided by users and to approve or decline accounts based on the quality and legitimacy of the startups represented.

3.1. foundercentre is not a financial broker or advisor. The platform is not designed for, nor does it facilitate, financial transactions.

3.2. Any investments or financial dealings made outside of foundercentre between users are independent of our platform. foundercentre is not responsible and will not be involved in any disputes arising from such external transactions.
